A few words from Linda Webb

Currently on placement with Nick

Well it’s January and my placement with you all at Holy Trinity has begun. Thank you for the lovely warm welcome my husband John & I have received from you. We will be around until the end of March and hope to connect with everyone in some shape or form. I will be around and available to spend time with anyone who would like to, in fact a visit & a brew is one of my favourite things. You can contact me on: 07825 380609.

The reason for my placement is to give me experience of an Anglican Church. I began in full time ministry in the Assemblies of God church, affiliated with the Anglican Church through Churches together England & Wales. Hopefully this means I may be able to transfer & be ordained into the Anglican Church.
I have loved God with my whole heart for almost 30 years & feel He is calling me into the Anglican Church, the call to Bible College saw me study at Cliff College & become a Pastor at Matlock Assemblies of God, later at New Life Christian Centre and as the Free Church Chaplain in a Doncaster prison.
My life in Christ has been varied and exciting with many stories to share.
Through Jesus we can live with the Power of the Holy Spirit in our lives       connecting and walking together as part of the body of Christ, I look forward   to the out working of Gods plan for all of us.

John & I live out at Stanton Lees, our daughter Leah is 22 & lives in Derby. We have 3 cats and a dog and we are used to lots of visitors, we hope to lure some of you back with us for a Sunday lunch to practise our cooking on you. Should you be willing to be a guinea pig please give me a nudge – first come first served!

Love & God Bless, Linda
