Leadership
Nick Grayshon joined us as priest in charge of this parish and St Mary's Cromford on 6 October 2007. We have very much enjoyed getting to know and working with Nick and his wife Val since then. Exciting times still lie ahead as we explore together what God's plan is for us in the coming months and years.

Nick & Val Grayshon
Assisting in ministry we have curate Dave Battison, who joined us in the autumn of 2009, Associate Minister, Julie Stanton, and a team of two readers, David Green & Michael Wilderspin, who, together with two retired clergy, John Williams and Peter Vessey, and various lay people, take an active part in our services.
Our churchwardens are Sheila Laming and John Ramage
Our PCC has, in addition to the ex officio members, nine elected members who serve in rotation for three years. Each year in May we hold a PCC 'Away Day'.
Lay Leadership and Ministry
We also have a Local Ministry Team comprising the church wardens and a representative from each area of church life who meet regularly over breakfast to share, support and encourage one another and to ensure cohesion in what is happening in the church. The LMT considers various issues and may make recommendations to the PCC. Recently we have looked at our outreach programme and at Fresh Expressions of church.
