The Archdeacon’s Visitation Service

Over 110 people attended the Visitation Service held at Holy Trinity  on Monday 12th June. Sheila organised a team of helpers to welcome and sign in the visiting 50+ church wardens together with their clergy, family and fellow members of their congregations. There were also     a team of volunteers busy in the kitchen preparing and serving the refreshments after the service.

Thanks to all of you who helped out to ensure the smooth running of this special service in any way on the night.

We received the message below from Duncan Ballard soon after:

Dear Caroline and Nick

Could you please pass my thanks on to Sheila and the team at Holy Trinity – I’ve been a part of dozens of Visitation services, and Monday evening’s was by far the best organised that I’ve attended.

Thank you very much,

Duncan Ballard,

Area Dean of Carsington, Diocese of Derby,
